Client: [Company] UK Franchising



This project was done for Malenke Barnhart. My contribution was to wireframe the Franchise pages. The client wanted to expand their public-facing site to include better support for franchise owners and those interested in opening a franchise. This meant integrating a large amount of content into an existing site. To do this, it was necessary to fully understand the new stakeholders; franchisees and those interested in becoming franchisees. Because these two stakeholders are very different, it was necessary to parse their individual needs; a one-size-fits-all approach would not be sufficient.

After working with the client, we arrived at a site map which we then used to create a basic landing page. One of the pages with the most functionality was the contact page. One option was to simply add another field on the combobox in the general contact form. This would probably have been a workable solution, but it would have meant taking users away from the franchise site. To avoid this, this contact page was created to integrate into the franchise area.
